How the 21-Day Detox Works
This 21-day detox program is designed to help reset your system, support digestion, stabilize blood sugar, and reduce inflammation. You will receive a complete set of nourishing foods each week, including a daily smoothie, lunch, dinner, and an approved snack.
Your meals are designed to be simple, protein-forward, and free of common inflammatory triggers. You’ll also receive daily reminders, motivation, and access to a private accountability group to help you stay consistent throughout the program.
This program is built for sustainability. You’re not restricting calories—you’re giving your body nutrient-dense, clean, supportive foods that help rebalance naturally.

Morning Smoothie
Start your day with your assigned 16-oz smoothie. You’ll receive two different smoothies each week—one for Monday–Wednesday and one for Thursday–Sunday—built to support protein, fiber, and blood sugar stability.
Hydration
Aim for 60–80 oz of water per day. Add lemon, mint, or a pinch of mineral salt if helpful.
Lunch
This is your most substantial and protein-forward meal of the day. Meals are crafted to include lean protein, greens, vegetables, and clean fats.
Afternoon Snack
You will receive one daily snack designed to stabilize blood sugar, curb cravings, and support digestion. Examples include protein balls, chia pudding, veggie packs with hummus, or nuts and seeds.
Dinner
A lighter, vegetable-rich detox meal to support digestion and reduce inflammation in the evening.
Optional Herbal Tea
Choose ginger, peppermint, chamomile, or licorice root to wind down in the evening.
Accountability Touchpoints
You’ll receive daily reminders, check-ins, and prompts in your group to support consistency and motivation.

Typical experiences: improved skin clarity, increased energy, better sleep, more stable hunger cues, and a general feeling of “lightness.”
After the 21 Days
After the 21 Days
After 21 days, reintroduce foods slowly:
• Start with gluten-free grains or legumes
• Add dairy last, only if tolerated
• Continue smoothies or greens several days a week
• Maintain hydration
• Avoid immediately returning to high-sugar or heavily processed foods
We recommend continuing 3–5 of your favorite detox meals after the program to support long-term balance.
You’ll also keep what you’ve built: better awareness of hunger cues, more stable energy, and a simple structure you can return to any time you feel like you need a reset.

If you need to eat out during the program:
• Choose grilled or baked protein
• Double the vegetables
• Skip sauces, bread, and dairy
• Use olive oil + lemon for dressing
• Avoid alcohol
• Bring nuts or a clean protein bar as backup
If you miss a meal or slip off plan
Simply resume at your next meal. There is no “starting over.” Progress comes from consistency over 21 days, not perfection.
