This menu reflects the structure and style of meals you’ll receive. A finalized menu will be shared with all participants prior to the program start date.
Meals are designed to be protein-forward, anti-inflammatory, low-glycemic, and easy to digest.
Smoothies rotate twice per week, and each day includes a smoothie, lunch, dinner, and approved snack.
