What is the nutritional framework of each of your dishes?
Our nutritional philosophy is simple: clean, wholesome ingredients designed to fuel the body efficiently.
When building our recipes + menus we focus on:
Each dish incorporating nutrient rich fresh vegetables, lean animal and plant proteins and energy rich carbohydrates with a focus on fiber.
Whole grain carbohydrate options when available for added fiber.
Grass fed butter, olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oil are used sparingly.
Honey (only in Carni + Omni menus), maple syrup and agave are used sparingly.
Short and easy to read ingredient labels.
Approximate ingredients and macronutrients are provided for each dish with a goal for each main dish to provide
- a range of 600-900 calories
- at least 20 grams of protein
- 2 full cups of hearty vegetables
- infusing dishes with spices and herbs for maximum flavor and health benefits.
Things we aim to avoid:

Refined sugars
Added preservatives or chemicals

Decide if you'd like to join as a weekly subscriber (and save 10%!) or place a one-time order.
Pay + submit your order by Friday at Midnight!
Get hungry... and check your Ring camera on Monday - your meals will be delivered by one our caring + incredible team members between 3-8pm.

Addresses located within Lincoln city limits are included in our free delivery service.
We DO service the following zip codes that reside outside of Lincoln city limits, and will be subject to a $15 surcharge.

How do deliveries work?
How do deliveries work?
We believe the healthy choice should be the easy choice and that's why we delivery every customer's order to their doorstep on Mondays.
We will deliver to the "Shipping" address you submit at time of order. We deliver to single-family homes and multi-family dwellings, or even your place of business!
We have an incredible team of delivery drivers that are consistently dispatched at the same time every Monday and run the same routes, which aids in familiarity and efficiency of your delivery. They work a relatively small territory and start and finish deliveries within a 2-hour timeframe (typically between 5-7p).
If you live in a secured-access building, your meals will be left right inside the main entry doors that are unlocked. If the main doors are locked, your meals will be left right outside the main doors.
If you live in a single-family home, your meals will be left at your front door.
If you want your meals dropped off at your place of business - they will be delivered to the front counter/office.
Our drivers are happy to send a text alerting you to your meals being delivered upon request.
Your food will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag with a large ice pack (during warm months).
While it’s not necessary that you’re home at the time of delivery, we recommend getting food refrigerated within 1-2 hours of delivery (especially during hotter summer months) in order to ensure food safety + quality.

You’re invited to help us reduce waste by returning the washed and sanitized plastic containers and the cooler bag.
Simply set out your cooler bag containing the cleaned containers before your next delivery and we will pick them up when we drop off your meal sets.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to drop off your cooler bag + containers to Rutabagas, located at 854 N 70th Street during regular business hours (Tues-Thurs 4:30-8p, Friday + Saturday 11-8:30p).

We are unable to offer substitutions or modifications to the posted menus.

To Skip an Order:
- Log in to your account under the manage subscription tab.
- Click the drop down, "Manage Upcoming Orders."
- To skip a date, click "Skip Order." The text will update to "Resume Order" if skipped.
To Cancel Your Order:
We’re sad to see you go but hope to serve you again in the future!
- Under "Manage Upcoming Orders" in your account, scroll to the bottom for the cancellation option.
- Let us know if you cancel so we can arrange to collect delivery bags, ice packs, or compostables.
Need to Make Changes?
Adjustments to orders (e.g., quantity changes, product swaps, skipping) must be made before 10 PM Friday for the upcoming week.

You can start deliveries anytime by emailing us or purchasing a new "Weekly Recurring Order."

I have an allergy to shellfish (soy, dairy, etc.). Are you able to accomodate my allergy?

We take all necessary precautions in preventing cross contamination with dairy, and eggs into our Plant Based dishes.
Additionally, we take all necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination of fish and shellfish into our Plant Based and Carnivore dishes.
Our dishes may contain wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soybeans and sesame and we are unable to accomodate any special requests to omit those ingredients. We recommend avoiding consuming these dishes should you have allergies to those ingredients.
We do operate in a shared-kitchen environment and there is always a small risk of cross contamination, so please proceed at your own risk.
